Music
that is an encouragement for the believer as well as a message
for the lost is the way soloist David Patillo describes
his ministry.
A
premier singer and songwriter, Patillo has written over
450 songs and released 19 nationally charting singles. His songs
have not only been arranged for major orchestrations, sheet music
and accompaniment tracks, but they are also used by groups, choirs
and soloists all across America. He is best known for writing
"Ten Thousand Angels Cried" and "The Middle Man" recorded by Country
artist LeAnn Rimes. As a child, Patillo began singing specials
in church and in the local area. During the 80's, Patillo
put together a part-time group. In 1992 Patillo, a Zion
recording artist, embarked on a solo ministry he calls "a labor
of love".
